Naviservice Srl as HUB AGENTS arrange on behalf of the Principals the following services:

• World Wide Agency appointment;
• Contract with Port Services as Towage /Boatmen etc. etc. ;
• Negotiating agreements with Port Agents;
• Control of tariffs reduction based on number of calls and type of cargo;
• Control of tariffs reduction based on S.B.T. rebate and on reduced GT as reported on the International Tonnage Certificate 1969 and I.O.P.P. Certificate ;
• Compiling standard Port Cost per Vessel/Port;
• Analysis and control Proforma Disbursement Account;
• Verification, confirmation andsubsequent recommendation of authorisation of payment of proforma and final d/a;
• Reporting of all financial transactions monthly;

• Reporting all of advanced remittance to cover Port expenses at all ports;
• Analysis and control Final Disbursement Account based on our updated Port Tariffs.
• Providing web-based access, when implemented of d/a status, and financial information.
• Annual reconciliation's to be done at year end, for internal audit/cross reference purposes.
